What areas do you cover?

We mainly work with owner-led businesses across the South of England and the Midlands.

We believe regular, face-to-face conversations make a real difference when it comes to IT strategy and long term planning. Being able to sit down together helps us understand your business properly, not just fix problems as they pop up.

That said, our support team operates nationwide. If you have branch offices, depots or remote teams anywhere in the UK, we can still provide on-site support when it is needed.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with lots of different business, but we are at our best with owner-led companies that have between 15 and 150 using IT and no internal IT team.

Most of our clients come to us feeling frustrated, unsure of where their IT is heading, or worried they are being reactive rather than proactive.

We normally start by making sure your team gets reliable day-to-day support. Once that is working properly, we help you put a clear technology plan in place that supports how your business actually runs and where you want to go.

Will switching IT providers disrupt my business?

This is one of the most common worries we hear and it is completely understandable, especially if you have been with your current provider for a long time.

We move new clients across regularly, so the process is well practiced and carefully planned. We put together a clear onboarding plan and typically deliver this over a 4 to 8 week period. Our goal is to move everything across quietly in the background without interrupting your team or operations.

One practical tip is to part ways on good terms where possible. Giving notice in line with your contract and making sure invoices are up to date makes the transition much smoother for everyone involved.

How can my team access IT support?

Your team can get support in the way that suits them best. They can call us, email us, or raise a request through our client portal.

We do not force everything through automated systems or chatbots. When something is not working, most people just want to speak to a real person who understands the issue and can help.

How much will it cost?

Most of our clients choose an all-inclusive support model. This gives them unlimited access to our UK-based support team during core office hours or on a 24x7 basis.

Every business is a little different, so costs can vary. The easiest way to get an idea is to book an introductory call. We will ask a few straightforward questions to understand your setup and can usually give a realistic ballpark figure.

From there, it is entirely your decision whether you want to take things further. There is no pressure and no obligation.
