Make AI work for your business, safely.
We help you work out where AI fits in your business and put the right guardrails in place, so your team can use it safely.
Sound familiar?
AI is already in your business. Is anyone in charge of it?
Most owners we speak to feel two things at once. They’re excited about what AI could do, and quietly worried about what it might already be doing.
01
Your team are already using it
Staff are signing up to free AI tools on personal accounts, often without anyone knowing. It makes sense to them, but it’s risk nobody signed off.
02
Where is your information going?
The moment client or company information is pasted into the wrong tool, you’ve lost sight of where your data has gone.
03
The demos look great. Your results don’t.
AI is only as good as what it’s given to work with. Without the right foundations, tools like Copilot rarely live up to the promise.
04
You know it matters, but not where to begin
There’s no shortage of tools and opinions. What’s missing is a clear, honest view of what’s worth doing in your business.

How we help
Four steps to AI that’s useful and safe.
We keep it practical, and we’ll never push you towards tools you don’t need.
01
Understand
We sit down with your leadership team to talk through what AI means for a business like yours, and find out where it’s already being used.
02
Find the fit
We look at how your business runs day to day and spot where AI could take work off people’s plates, starting with the quick wins.
03
Secure the foundations
We get your data, permissions and Microsoft 365 setup in order, so tools like Copilot only see what they should and your information stays protected.
04
Guardrails and adoption
We put a clear AI policy in place and train your team to use it well. Then we keep reviewing it as the technology moves on.
What you get
Foundations first, then the fun part.

Our stance
The risk isn’t AI. It’s AI that nobody is managing.
Our starting point never changes. Get the rules and the security sorted first, then let your team loose on everything AI can do. Done properly, it hands your people hours back every week and takes on the work nobody enjoys.

FAQs
Questions owners ask us about AI.
Should we just ban ChatGPT and other AI tools?
Banning AI rarely works. Your team will usually find a way to use it anyway, often on personal accounts you can’t see. It’s far safer to give people approved tools and clear rules, and show them how to use them well.
Do we need Microsoft Copilot?
Not necessarily. Copilot can be brilliant, but only when your data, permissions and Microsoft 365 setup are in good shape. We’ll help you decide whether it’s the right starting point, or whether another approach would give you better value.
Is our data safe if we use AI?
It depends on which tools you use and how they’re set up. Business versions of tools like Copilot keep your data within your own environment, while free consumer tools may not. We’ll make sure confidential and client information only goes where it should.
We’re a small business. Is this really for us?
Yes. AI isn’t just for large corporates. For a team of 10 to 150 people, saving a few hours a week per person adds up quickly, and getting the guardrails right early is far easier than fixing problems later.
