I’ve always had a real passion for business – not just for technology in itself, but for how it helps people and organisations do more, grow faster, and achieve things they’re proud of.

What really drives me is getting to know how a business works – the people behind it, what they’re aiming for, and how we can play a part in helping them get there.

At the heart of it all, I’m just genuinely curious and always looking to make a real difference. I love thinking big, challenging the usual way of doing things, and seeing what’s possible.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors as much as I can be. Right now, I’m training for a series of fundraising events to support our charity partner, Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund – it’s been a great challenge and something I’m really proud to support. And while my golf game still needs plenty of work, I’ll take any excuse to get out on the course when I can.

My (un)professional journey in IT began many years ago when I managed to blow up a lovely ol' cream desktop PC running Windows 98! From then on I knew I was destined to tinker with computers but perhaps in a slightly more useful way!?

Whilst I may have been my college IT manager's least favourite student, I was frequently invited to take the lead on testing (and breaking) new IT products.

I take great satisfaction when people and technology come together in harmony, whether it's to make an efficiency or deliver a better quality result for a customer.

Spending the last ten years working with businesses of various sizes across many sectors and meeting some inspiring leaders along the way has shaped my ability to drive positive change with technology in any environment.

When I am not busy thinking about how to get CREAVO into the FTSE 100, you can find me hiking and paddleboarding up in the Welsh mountains or flying an aeroplane that is considerably older than me! The team and I really look forward to helping you achieve true success, whatever your needs may be.

We primarily work with businesses based in London and the South of England because we believe that in-person strategy sessions make a real difference.

That said, our engineering team covers the whole of the UK, so if you’ve got branch offices or depots nationwide, we’ve got you covered.

Our key regions include London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, and Surrey—but if you’re nearby and think we’re a good fit, let’s talk!

What types of businesses do you work with?

We’ve worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, but we’re best suited to owner-led companies with 15–150 IT users who don’t have an internal IT team.

Our sweet spot? Businesses that are ambitious, growing, and want IT to support—not slow down—their success.

Will switching IT providers disrupt my business?

Not on our watch. Our structured onboarding process takes 4–8 weeks, ensuring your IT support moves over smoothly, without downtime or disruption. We'll handle everything and keep you updated every step of the way.

How can my team access IT support?

Your team can call, email, or use our client portal—whatever suits their workflow.

Unlike some IT providers who push everything to automated portals, we still believe in real conversations with real engineers when you need help.

How much will it cost?

The honest answer? It depends.

If you book an introductory call, we can get a feel for your business and give you a pretty accurate ballpark figure. Then you can decide if you’d like to explore things further—no pressure.
